8th & Stellar And Melody Kindyland Signed Joint Venture Agreement

On 6th September 2019, Chin Hin Property and Melody Kindyland signed a joint venture agreement at the 8th & Stellar sales gallery at Wisma Chin Hin.
Melody Kindyland will occupy 6,000 square feet of commercial space, taking up three out of the seven retail lots in Chin Hin Property’s latest project – 8th & Stellar in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
“We know that children’s education is important, and therefore, we want to provide a convenient access to high-quality education right at their doorstep. We looked for an education partner who is innovative, visionary, and is able to provide holistic education and experiential learning to equip our children for the future,“ said Chiau Haw Choon, Group Managing Director of Chin Hin Group Berhad.
8th & Stellar was officially launched in 26th February this year, with a current sales take-up rate of 40 per cent. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2022, consisting of 660 units, which include office spaces, retail shops, duplex lofts and service apartments.
Melody Kindyland is a kindergarten and daycare centre, and has been operating since 1991. They have grown to over 35 centres in Penang and recently expanded their presence in Klang Valley.
About 600 employees from Chin Hin Group planned to move into 8th & Stellar once the project is completed. This newfound partnership between 8th & Stellar and Melody Kindyland is primed to add value to the families of these employees, along with public buyers as well.
