Hatten Land Unveils SATORI, Melaka’s First Wellness-Themed Mixed Development
Malacca Chief Minister Datuk Seri Utama lr. Haji Idris bin Haji Haron unveiled SATORI, the state’s first wellness-themed mixed development in a ground-breaking ceremony. The event was held in Hatten ICON Gallery at Hatten Square and saw over 300 guests from Government officials, corporate leaders, the media and other personalities attending.
The project is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of RM300 million and will cover a gross floor area of 570,400 sq ft. The project will consist of 192 serviced suites, 85,250 sq ft retail mall with an adjoining mall with 457 lots and a 336-suite hotel.
Among the facilities offered by the new development are health and fitness centres, health food outlets, and gardens and play areas for children.
In his speech, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Hatten Land Dato’ Colin Tan says that SATORI seeks to offer clear differentiation by making a strong statement on the wellness theme.
“Moreover, SATORI’s proximity to Hatten Land’s iconic Hatten City and major developments such as the deep-sea port, cruise terminal and the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail position this project to for future growth as one of the most important cities along Peninsular Malaysia’s west coast,” he concludes.
