Group on track to deliver second project, M101 Bulit Bintang by 2Q2018; with works starting on flagship project M101 Skywheel

KUALA LUMPUR – M101 has proven the Company’s ability of timely delivery. The Company recently held a topping-up ceremony for its maiden project: M101 Dang Wangi, symbolizing the completion of the development’s structure. The ceremony was attended by the M101’s new board of directors’, namely Dato’ Seth Yap, Datin Lea Chan, Dato’ Joseph Yap and Mr Teoh Chie Lean. The freehold M101 Dang Wangi is scheduled for vacant possession by 2Q2017.

 

Dato’ Seth Yap, CEO of M101 who acquired full ownership of the Company in the 2H2016 has proven his leadership to led his new team to success. He said, “Together with my new team, we are looking forward to delivering our maiden project, M101 Dang Wangi. Following the completion of the development’s structure, we are now entering into our finishing stage and we targeting to handover by 2H2016. Hence, buyers of M101 Bukit Bintang can rest assured of timely delivery by 2Q2018. Works has also started on our flagship project, the iconic 78-storeys M101 Skywheel designed by Studio F.A Porsche.”
