The hotel is operating under a franchise agreement between Mah Sing and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts aimed at catering exclusively to the different needs between business travellers and holidaymakers.
“The grand opening of the Ramada by Wyndham Meridin marks another significant milestone for the Group as we make our first foray into the hospitality sector. We established the Ramada by Wyndham Meridin as we saw an opportunity to cater to the travellers who came to Iskandar, whether to enjoy the entertainment the state has to offer or to explore the vast opportunities that Johor has either for work or investment. In order to provide our guests with the best experience, we signed an agreement with Ramada by Wyndham to use the Ramada name for this hotel. Ramada by Wyndham is an established brand of hotels that travellers have come to associate with trust, quality and care. Thus, it gives me great honour to officiate the grand opening of Ramada by Wyndham Meridin, Mah Sing’s first hotel, the centrepiece of our development in Meridin@Medini,” said Mah Sing’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum,
In line with Mah Sing’s tagline, “Reinvent Spaces. Enhance Life,” the hotel is aimed at enhancing the customers’ experience – backed by various attractive surrounding lifestyle amenities and ready infrastructure, coupled with competitive room rates for guests to enjoy. The Ramada by Wyndham Meridin is 25-minutes from the CIQ Johor Bahru and 15-minutes from CIQ Second Link. A shuttle service is also provided to Legoland and Puteri Harbour, which provides convenience to the guests.
Aimed at enhancing the guest experience throughout their stay, the Ramada by Wyndham Meridin is tailored specifically to meet the needs and wants of both business travellers and holidaymakers.
