“We want to continue to spread the love of reading to the people of Malaysia with the opening of our eighth bookstore in Malaysia and third new bookstore this year alone. We are always looking out for new methods to increase the reading habit of Malaysians and creating new concepts like this tunnel bookstore is part of this effort. The unique structure and concept will attract readers and non-readers alike to the bookstore and our prices will hopefully convert them to pick up a book or two. Books and knowledge are a huge factor to change the world. We are proud to have the support of Sunsuria Berhad, who is fittingly one of the leaders of the property developers to bring our bookstore as an anchor tenant to SunsuriaForum @ 7th Avenue. This is sure to become a beloved spot to visit and we hope that we can encourage the surrounding community to be excited with our presence and spend quality time with their friends and family picking their favourite books,” said Dipak Madhavan, ChiefMarketing Officer of BookXcess.

Visitors who visit the bookstore will be left in awe as they experience the eye-catching and towering circular bookshelf at the entrance. Proceed through the tunnel of bookshelves and visitors will be transported to different worlds as they explore the bookstore. Book lovers can expect a variety of books from art and design to literature, fiction, non-fiction, young adult, children’s books and many more hidden gems. The bookstore also features a comfortable workstation and reading spaces for customers to browse the sample books available. Readers who enjoy curling up with a great book and a cup of coffee can go for a premium cup of brew and a variety of sweet treats at BookXcess’ very own in-store café.
