Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards – A Night of Prestige and Excellence


KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA (30 MARCH 2015) – In an effort to recognise Malaysia’s best developers and properties, Property Insight Malaysia held its very first inaugural award called the Property Insight Inaugural Prestigious Developer Awards at The Westin Kuala Lumpur.

“The award will bring together the best minds and people behind the property development industry of Malaysia. It creates a precious opportunities to network with the giants and crème de la crème of the field at a Gala Dinner in Kuala Lumpur,” said the chairman of the Property Insight Inaugural Prestigious Developer Awards, Mr KK Chua.

The awards, presented by esteemed Minister of Tourism and Culture YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Nazri bin Abdul Aziz, are recognitions of property developers’ contribution in playing a significant role in Malaysia’s property growth and the progress of the nation.

The awards acknowledge and highlight the quality development of some of Malaysia’s best and their landmark projects that shape the landscape of Malaysia’s nation building and development progress which push Malaysia towards our vision of becoming a First World Nation by 2020.

The judging criteria are based on developers’ EBITDA figures, market cap, GDVs, along with brand value and brand awareness as chosen by the Malaysian Property Investors Association (MPIA), the Property Insight editorial team and Property Insight readers who voted via Property Insight’s online platforms, and the Award is audited by professional accounting consultant firm HML & Co.

“This grand event is among the efforts by Armani Media to foster growth in industry sector, along with our many other events such as expos, showcases, exclusive private events, study tours and PRISM – Property Investment Summit & Expo in Malaysia, the largest property summit and expo in the country,” Chua said.

In addition, as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme, Armani Media Sdn Bhd contributed a donation of RM30,000 to Kechara Soup Kitchen.
