SETIA ALAM: The much-anticipated launch of Careya, the first of Setia Alam’s Starter Homes series by S P Setia, was well-received by smart home buyers who were presented with the opportunity to fulfil their dreams of owning a home in this mature, amenity-rich and award-winning township. All allocated units were sold out on the first day of the launch which saw many buyers lining up at the launch venue as early as the night before. Due to be completed in two years, the Careya series comprises 93 units of 20ft x 65ft double-storey terrace houses with built-ups starting from 1,677 sq. ft. With prices modestly starting from RM585,000, Careya will have a total GDV of RM58 million.
