Sunway Avila 80 percent taken up

Sunway Property has seen an 80 percent take-up rate for the first tower of Sunway Avila, its integrated and freehold development, at a private event held on May 25 attended by 800 priority registrants.

This is the first foray by the company into Wangsa Maju, offering affordable urban living 6.5 kilometres away from Kuala Lumpur City Centre, which will have 810 residential units, 30 retail shops, and connected via covered walkway to the nearby Sri Rampai LRT station.

“We believe that the overwhelming response for Sunway Avila is attributed to having launched the right product, at the right place, at the right price,” said Chong Sau Min, Sunway Berhad Property Development Division Central Region Executive Director.

Chong added that as a product, Sunway Avila was designed as family homes that come with more than 25 facilities for an urban lifestyle while still being close to nature.

“Facilities such as the poolside cabana, outdoor yoga deck, basketball court, sky terrace and olympic length infinity pool offers residents great opportunities to enjoy a healthy lifestyle outdoors and enjoy the green surroundings that the increasingly popular Wangsa Maju is famed for,” Chong said.

Chong also said Sunway Avila comes with functional and practical layouts for families and is a great selection for people who work in the KL City Centre and commute via LRT. It is also good for the younger second-generation families who wants to stay close to their families living around the area.

Residents who will be staying in the integrated project will be surrounded by an abundance of amenities such as five retail centres including Wangsa Walk Mall, AEON Big Wangsa Maju, Setapak Central Mall, AEON Alpha Angle, Melawati Mall.

Also nearby will be four education institutions including SMK Taman Sri Rampai, Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Sri Utama International School, and Fairview International School, as well as healthcare facilities including Columbia Asia Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital.

As an early bird promotion, the residential units will be offered from RM 439,000 with applicable terms and conditions.

Sunway Avila’s units will come with practical and comfortable layouts with built-up spaces from 732 sq ft to 1,227 sq ft with two to four bedrooms. The maintenance fee for the abundance of facilities will be kept affordable at RM 0.30 psf.

The development project is targeted for completion in 2023.

Sunway Avila Sales Gallery was packed last weekend.
