Sunway Onsen Suites: 60% Taken Up In A Single Day
Sunway Onsen Suites recorded a 60% take-up rate for its first tower comprising 252 units following its exclusive sales preview in Ipoh on May 20.
The term “Onsen” stems from the Japanese term for hot spring, and they are the first serviced suites in Asia that have integrated natural hot springs located within the development.
Sunway City Ipoh Executive Director Wong Wan Wooi expresses that Ipoh is growing in popularity as an international tourism destination. “For investors who want to capture the opportunities from Ipoh’s transformation into a world-class tourism hotspot, Sunway Onsen Suites is an ideal investment,” Wong said.
The hot spring is located in the courtyard on the podium level, surrounded by facilities which include an infinity swimming pool, multipurpose hall, gymnasium, sauna rooms and podium garden. The serviced suites range from 592 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft with a starting price of RM392,600.
Sunway Onsen Suites has exceeded RM400 million in gross development value (GDV) and is located within Sunway City’s Ipoh township, which spans 31 acres with a total GDV of RM2 billion.
Levels seven to fifteen of Sunway Onsen Suites will be managed by Sunway Lost World Hotel, as per Sunway’s Build-Own-Operate business model.
