TROPICANA AMAN UNVEILS ITS NEW 12,000 SQ FT PROPERTY GALLERY

Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) celebrated another milestone today by unveiling a capacious new property gallery of its latest Tropicana Aman development. Spanning over 12-acre, the new property gallery is situated on Tropicana Aman’s 863-acre, RM13 billion self-contained mixed township development. The 12,000 sq ft property gallery will function as Tropicana Aman satellite office.

Speaking at the official opening of the Tropicana Aman new Property Gallery, YBhg Datuk Seri Mohamad Norza, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Tropicana said, “Spans across an impressive 863-acre land, Tropicana Aman is our biggest township development in Malaysia. The Tropicana Aman Property Gallery

Aimed to better serve its customers and to promote Tropicana Aman “Walking and Biking Community” concept, the stunning and capacious 12,000 sq ft property gallery is located on the actual development site at Bandar Tropicana Aman; next to the growing neighbourhood of Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

The property gallery, which was three months in the making, provides guests a complete Tropicana experience and houses everything from Tropicana Aman enormous master development scale model, individual residences scale models to a lush open space landscaping for private events. The gallery focuses on strengthening dialogues between guests and sales consultants in an exclusive lounge-like setting that also offers a friendly kids’ play zone. Guests will also be given an insight into Tropicana’s DNA, one that is built on the cornerstones of: accessibility, connectivity, innovative concepts and designs, generous open spaces, amenities, facilities, multi-tiered security and quality.

The “Yellow Bike” Fun Ride is back by popular demand!

In April 2015, Tropicana Aman hosted its first successful 7-km Fun Ride to promote and provide its potential residents a snapshot of the up and coming walk and bike-friendly environment. Now back by popular demand, the yellow affair at Tropicana Aman continues with its second Fun Ride! This 12-km bike ride will be held on 1 August 2015 (Saturday), from 5pm to 9pm.

The Fun Ride is organised to mark the relocation of the existing Tropicana Aman property gallery at Kota Kemuning to its new capacious property gallery at Bandar Tropicana Aman, Selangor. The ride will flag off at the existing Tropicana Aman property gallery at Kota Kemuning and participants will be treated to a scenic evening route leading to the new property gallery, where the ride will end.

After the event, participants will also be treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner, DJ performance and lucky draws. 20 lucky draw prizes awaits 20 lucky winners with 4 yellow bicycles to be given away. Staff at the property gallery will also be present to hand out goody bags to the participants and answer queries pertaining to the Tropicana Aman development. 3 | P a g e

A registration fee of RM15 per pax is applicable and on the day of the event, participants will receive dry-fit T-shirt, water bottle, face towel and a medal. About Tropicana Aman

Set next to the growing affluent neighbourhood of Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Aman encompasses 863 acres of idyllic setting offering both residential and commercial components. In line with the unique DNA of Tropicana, the township will also house a central community clubhouse with a sports centre and is nearby to amenities, making it an ideally convenient location for residents. Tenby International School is expected to have its first intake in September 2018, offering international student-oriented programmes for students aged from 3 to 18 years old.

Since its launch in May 2015, Arahsia Residences, the first phase of Tropicana Aman recorded an overwhelming success with all the 432 units of link homes fully taken up. The gross development value is estimated at RM342 million. The second phase of the development will be launched in August 2015.
