Introducing our Architects – Lead 8
Hailed from Singapore, Lead 8 is the architecture firm engaged to transform Queens Waterfront into an international residential area, sharing similar concept as Clarke Quay in Singapore. Although foreign architect means a higher fees than our local professionals, Ideal Property is confident that Lead 8 will create much excitement to this development.
Clarke Quay is a popular hot spot in Singapore, famous for its cafe, dinning and hang out spots along the quay site. Open viewing decks and al fresco outlets positioned along The Queens Promenade were intended to bring in a similar to Clarke Quay concept to our Penang shores. While one chills out at the promenade, do expect to be welcomed by a scenic seaview overlooking to Pulau Jerejak, caressed by gentle sea breeze and serenaded by the soothing sound of waves.
Street Mall – a double storey pedestrian mall will lined the 50 feet long beach with a total 72 shop lot of 1,400 square feet of space each lot. Under the attention of professional consultant, DTZ Nawawi Property Consultant, Street Mall will be the much looked forward destination for a hop and happening mall in Penang.
Queens Waterfront Promenade will be presented in three different concepts, one for each zone namely marine life, sculpture park and beach habitat. In addition to the 2 prominent features mentioned above, our team of architects has included viewing platform and seating squares tucked in the Marine life zone. An interactive water feature and seahorse statues popped up in the sculpture park and on the beach zone, outdoor fitness area and a playground will be made available.
