Trinity Group Unveils RM320M Trinity Lemanja

Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (‘Trinity’) launches its latest development project, Trinity Lemanja, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM320 million.

Located on a 2.8-acre freehold plot along Jalan Metro Prima in Kepong, Trinity Lemanja is the first freehold development project launched in the area.

Offering 583 units ranging from 960 to 1,173 sq ft, the 2-wing 40-storey condominium is scheduled to complete in 2021 and is priced at RM500 per sq ft onwards, with price per unit from RM453,000 onwards.

The development is also a stone’s throw away from various amenities such as AEON Metro Prima (850 metres away), KL Tzu Chi Jing Si Hall, Kepong Metropolitan Lake-Garden, The Challenger Sports Centre, Kepong Sentral KTM Station and the upcoming Metro Prima MRT station (S05).
