KUALA LUMPUR, 21 May 2026 – Property developer Setia Awan has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with prominent retail, lifestyle, and F&B brands for its upcoming neighbourhood mall, Avenue F, marking a major step in enhancing community living at Bukit Ampang Permai.
Held at the Fona Vista Sales Gallery, the signing reflects Setia Awan’s vision of creating a vibrant, self-sustaining community with premium conveniences at residents’ doorstep.
The collaboration brings together established brands including B Grocer, Haji Basheer, CU Malaysia, Little Salty Café, Malaysia Chicken Rice (MCR), and Alpro Pharmacy, reinforcing Setia Awan’s commitment to building integrated lifestyle ecosystems focused on convenience, wellbeing, and quality living.
Targeted for completion by Q3 2027, Avenue F will be Bukit Ampang Permai’s first commercial lifestyle hub, serving as a central gathering point with essential retail, dining, and lifestyle offerings. Setia Awan also plans to onboard more tenants to further enhance the development.
