21 December 2017 (SkyArena, Setapak) – City developer, SkyWorld Development Group (“SkyWorld”) is closing the year on a high note. It’s latest completed development, Ascenda Residences at SkyArena, Setapak has completed 3 months ahead of schedule and received 76% QLASSIC quality score. It also saw proud and happy owners receiving their keys from November 2017. Since then, the dedicated project and hand over vacant possession (“HOVP”) team have worked tirelessly to ensure homeowners are pleased with their new homes. Their hard work paid off when 81% of its homeowners gave 5-star rating to the team and the project.

Ascenda Residences is SkyWorld’s first property development in Malaysia. It boasts 650 condominium units on a 3.35-acre land. To-date, SkyWorld has handed over 588 units, out of which 81% (474 homeowners to be exact) has rated 5-star overall HOVP service to the team and its project.
