OFFICIAL STATEMENT: Hatten Group Announces Completion of Elements Mall and Hatten Suites

Melaka, November 2015 – Developer, Fuyuu Resources Sdn Bhd, a member of Hatten Group Sdn Bhd is proud to announce the double completion of its futuristic retail skyscraper located in Melaka Raya, Melaka, Malaysia – Elements Mall – the first project in the first phase of Hatten City and Hatten Suites, the 580-room themed premier hotel.

An eye-catching development encased in coloured glaze and metal clad finishing, Elements Mall rises 12-storeys, boasts a gross area of two million sq.ft., nett lettable area of 800,000 sq.ft., a total of 762 retail units and 3,000 parking bays. Interior highlights include the first Mini Melaka with life-sized replicas of A’ Famosa, Stadthuys and more local landmarks.
