Altitude Club – Level 25: Sky Gym, rock climbing wall, table tennis, golf simulator, games room, squash court, aerobics room, sauna

Located on Level 25, M City has one of the most well equipped residential gyms in the country. Divided into three areas; the all access gym, kickboxing room and ladies gym, Mah Sing invested RM600,000 to provide the residents of M City with state-of-the-art gym equipment for their exercise needs. Dubbed the ‘Sky Gym’, it overlooks the Kuala Lumpur landscape and sets the standard for residential gyms.

M City also has an indoor 8 meter high rock climbing wall, complete with an auto-belaying device. Installed at an investment cost of approximately RM165,000, the usage of the rock climbing wall is only for certified rock climbers who have their own gear. Going one step further in ensuring the safety of its residents, a certified instructor will be assigned for every rock climbing session to keep a watchful eye on the user’s safety. Altitude Club – Level 23A: Mini theatre, child care room

M City has a fully equipped mini theatre on Level 23A of the Altitude Club. Investing in the best equipment to deliver theatre level visual and audio performance, the mini theatre has an 8 ft x 8 ft projector screen, High Definition projector, 5.1 surround sound system, Blu-ray player and the mini theatre is lined with sound proofing material.

Equipped with cushioned seats and able to accommodate up to 32 people in one session, residents have full access to the mini theatre and only have to book their slot with the management office.

On the same level, M City has two child care rooms to accommodate the needs of working parents. Currently open for interested licensed operators, the child care rooms will provide added convenience for parents once it is fully operational.

On the 23^rd floor, M City has two (2) infinity pools that overlook the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The 27 meter length lap pool and 15 meter length lounge pool is used for exercise and leisure activities respectively. M City’s infinity pools are kept to a soothing temperature of 29 degree Celsius.

Located next to the infinity pool, the children’s pool is safe and secured to ease the minds of parents taking their children out to play in the pool.

For a more relaxing time at the pool area, M City has Jacuzzis in the lap pool and lounge pool which lets residents unwind while enjoying the panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur.

M City has impressive take up rates as Tower 1 and Tower 2 have been fully sold and Tower 3 is at 92% take up rate. Tower 1 has been handed over while Tower 2 is in the midst of handing over Vacant Possession (VP). Tower 3 is heading for delivery of VP by Q4 2016.

M City’s residential units comprise of service apartments as well as Sky Residences. There are a total of 1,104 serviced apartments with built ups from 506 square (sq) feet (ft) (Studio) – 2,724 sq ft (3+1 Bedroom Duplex) while the Sky Residence has a total of 48 units with built ups from 827 sq ft (1 room) to 1,926 sq ft (3+1 bedroom).
