Selangor, 21 June 2016 – When Bukit Hitam Development (BHD) introduced Epic Residence in the first half of 2014, the response was overwhelming, to say the least. More than 70% of units in the first block were snapped up within 48 hours. Later that year, 30% of units of the second block were booked at a preview event for selected guests.

However, BHD has saved the best for last. Over two weekends – on 18 & 19 June and 25 & 26 June – the most treasured assets of Epic Residence will be launched. Visitors to the sales gallery will be one of the first few to preview and purchase the project’s exclusive duplex units, or Signature Suites. More discerning guests will also get to place their booking for the penthouse dubbed the Pinnacle Suites.

To make the opportunity more enticing, BHD has thrown in some irresistible perks to sweeten the deal for purchasers. Those who make a confirmed booking on Epic Residence units with a booking fee over the two weekends will enjoy a rebate of 10% while purchasers of the Signature and Pinnacle suites will enjoy an early bird discount for additional RM25,000 rebate (limited units only).

Purchasers of units of up to 1194 square feet will also receive up to three complimentary car parking bays. Meanwhile, owners of the Signature Suites will be allocated 4 car parking bays, while purchasers of the aptly named Pinnacle Suites will be given five car parking bays during promotion period only.

All buyers will also be given a Signature kitchen and complimentary air conditioners in their unit.

“We are not holding anything back as we do want these units to be snapped up as quickly as possible. Going by responses to previous Epic Residence events, we have to doubt that we will have an overwhelming turnout yet again. As such, we would advise those serious about purchasing these exclusive units to come early to avoid any disappointment,” said Mr Yeap Chin Chong, BHD General Manager of Sales and Marketing.

Registration begins at 10.00am on each day of the two weekends at the BHD sales gallery and will run till 6.00pm. Refreshments will be served from 12.30pm onwards. Meanwhile, kids will be able to keep themselves occupied with a Sand Art activity and a pop-corn stand available from 11.00am to 4.00pm.

Set in Bukit Puchong on 2.3 acres of prime, freehold land amidst retail and commercial development, Epic Residence comprises a two-block, 21-storey serviced apartment. The project consists of nine different designs with built-up areas ranging from 624 to 2,475 square feet.
